Add stat that counts bytes read considering block boundary alignment

Magma doesn't write blocks aligned to 4KB boundary. This means when reading blocks, some blocks may be crossing the alignment boundary and incurring read of an extra 4KB block. Current Magma stats don't tell us how often this is happening as they only count the logical bytes read and not the actual physical bytes read due to alignment. Add a stat for the latter too.
