[CX] Improve serialization (printing) of result tuples

The IResultSerializer used by the ResultWriterOperatorDescriptor to serialize ADM tuples as JSON uses IVisitablePointables which can be expensive. Also, the serialization does some pretty printing/formatting like adding spaces around curly braces, commas, ... etc which is not necessary since the client reading the result typically does its own pretty printing.
