bucket doc stats not correct

    Description

      Running volume test with 500M docs in 2 collections and through the run I notice the bucket doc count going up and down for no reason. As part of the run we do scale of the node which induce swap rebalance.

      From capella UI:

      From couchbase console we see some nodes have 0 docs but disk used looks ok:
