XDCR sync stalled for a few hours

    Description

      As part of volume test, we load cluster with 500M doc and enabled XDCR.

      The data was sync but we see from monitoring that it stalled for a few hours and then continue to sync.

      Source cluster has 500M and running multiple workload query,kv,fts,eventing,analytics. Nothing is running on target.
