Change Magma's disk size stat is still accurate after CDC changes

In 7.5/master ns_server switched to displaying the disk size stat computed by Magma from performing a du -sh on the directory. We made changes to ensure the disk size is accurately computed.

CDC forward ports may have broken this and we need to evaluate if the disk size and fragmentation are still accurate.

Also verify fragmentation ratio computation works fine.
