[CX] Creating external collections using Azure Managed Identity is failing

Steps to reproduce:

• Create an Azure VM
• Create an Azure user managed identity
• Attach the managed identity to the VM
• Deploy Couchbase Server on the Azure VM
• Create an Analytics Azure link using the user managed identity
• Create an external collection on the Azure link
• Observe the creation failing.

Issue: External collections could not be created using Azure Managed Identity.
Resolution: Azure dependencies have been updated to correct this issue.
