couchstore_docinfos_by_sequence not returning error or callback for a invalid sequence id

Couchstore must return an error code or return an error via registered callback if detects an invalid(unknown) sequence id is passed. Currently any invalid sequence id is just being ignored inside couchstore_docinfos_by_sequence thus no callback for the sequence id gets called and returns success at the end.
