[BP of MB-57144]: Performance: crash dump

Description

I am running throughput100M_timer_noop_multi_coll.test on 7.2.0-5330 

Seeing this crash :

Issue

Resolution

The eventing producer process terminated the eventing consumer process when it did not receive a heartbeat from the consumer process.

The message receiver loop routine now only exits upon receiving a proper termination command.

Problem Description: Eventing producer process killing eventing consumer due to not receiving heart beat from consumer process.

Problem Resolution: Message receiver goroutine getting closed due to wakeup message from socket. Fix is to not close the goroutine on spurious wakeup of the socket.
