Add Node2Node Error Handling

This is a task related to MB-56861

   1.This should implement ability to classify errors and their handling strategy. The error categories based on design document are : protocol errors, network errors, write timeouts, file-system errors.

  2. We can attempt upon file transfer retry, resume from a last known success offset. 

  3..This should also support cancellation.
