[CBM] [Restore] Suspected lack of retries in restore when there is a connection failure

    Description

      When restoring a backup, from a local archive to Capella, if the connection drops, the restore fails without retries. See attached log for details.

       

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Create a big-enough database in Capella, backup it up and download it.

      2) Use the tools thin package to restore the backup.

      3) While the backup is running, disconnect from the network – > you should see the backup failing and no retries in the logs.
