[CX] StackOverflow error due to fields sorting in ARecordCaster

As seen in CBSE-14531, StackOverflow error can happen when casting an input record that has too many fields. The StackOverflow error is due to sorting the fields recursively. In most of the cases where the input record is cast to an open record, this sorting is unnecessary.
