Script to Repro

Ran the longevity on 7.2.1-5813 which got stuck on kv rebalance in after couple of days of run. I see the same vbuckets moved, incoming/outgoing docs for over 2+ hours(probably longer)

We never had a clean run on 7.2.1 so far. So, we don't really have a baseline yet. So, marking it as a NO for regression. However the exact same test did pass on 7.2.0 GA build and no such issues were seen.
