[CBM] Fix the DCP stream name generation

    Description

      What's the issue?
      When cbbackupmgr generates stream names, we separate elements - i.e. binary name/time - using '_' characters.

      This causes issues in the way that KV creates Prometheus labels.

      What's the fix?
      We should use binary_name:time_worker when we generate stream names (source).
