py-tpcc runs stuck on 7.6.0-1221

The runs on 7.6.0-1221 stuck while running py-tpcc command. The command should run for 10 minutes only, but the runs stuck for hours. Eventually, the runs hit timeout threshold and got aborted.

Note : 7.5.0 OnPerm, 7.6.0 mostly same built on master at least query, it looks like same for js-evaluator

Hang is one of symptom. Drop in numbers also same due to hang on some threads. Intermittent.
