[Backport MB-57938 to 7.2.1] Incorrect vbseqnos. book-keeping in projector

    Description

      When there is a DCP_SNAPSHOT or DCP_OSO_SNAPSHOT event at projector, the seqno. in vbseqnos list is incorrectly updated to zero. This can result in in-correct computation of numDocsProcessed and numDocsPending stats.
