Only retrieve DCP stats for replication connections

    Description

      Currently ns_server asks for DCP stats for all connections before filtering out only the replications connections to log or use when nuking DCP. Rather than filter in ns_server, it should be fairly easy to add some filter to the stat group in kv_engine such that we can only get retrieve stats for replication connections. This makes the system more robust and more efficient as replication connections are often only a small fraction of the total DCP connections on a cluster.
