[CBM] Backup examine command integration tests fail

    Description

      What's the issue?

      Currently the integration tests for the examine command have been enabled by https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-58073. However since they have not been run for a while they are now failing with failures depicted in the report.html

      What's the fix?

      Investigate why the tests are failing and fix them.
