Rebalance Failure while rebalance out nodes from master node.

    Description

      Encountered rebalance error while rebalancing all the nodes out of the cluster.
      Error received:

      Rebalance exited with reason {service_rebalance_failed,cbas, {worker_died, {'EXIT',<0.13132.9>, {task_failed,rebalance, {service_error, <<"Rebalance bb3ed3a3ee5593882202838d8a2338aa failed: see analytics_info.log for details">>}}}}}. Rebalance Operation Id = 1d21c826fe837e31a047143aba92f21c

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create a cluster with 5 nodes with master node having KV & N1QL, 2 KV nodes and 2 CBAS nodes.
      2. Rebalance out all the nodes out of the master node.
