cbbackupmgr restore failed on build 8.0.0-1386

The test needs to restore data from a S3 bucket. I ran this test 3 times on build 8.0.0-1386, and two of them hit the issue. I have attached the log from the S3 bucket.

Build: 8.0.0-1386

Command:

Running: ./opt/couchbase/bin/cbbackupmgr restore --force-updates --archive s3://analytics-ch2-1000w --repo ch2 --cluster http://ec2-44-214-8-249.compute-1.amazonaws.com --username Administrator --password password --threads 16 --obj-region us-east-1 --obj-staging-dir /stage --map-data bench.ch2=bench.ch2 --no-progress-bar

Note that, I ran the cbbackupmgr restore command using 8.0.0-1384 once, and I didn't hit the issue. I didn't have runs using other 8.0 builds.
