FTS index create request is received by server but index not found by the /count api

    Description

      I am running 20 bucket test on Capella having 1 index on each bucket.
      While creating 20 indexes parallely : 
      From the logs on 005 node 

      • The index create request is for received by the server 

      2023-08-30T11:47:53.006+00:00 [INFO] rest_create_index: create index request received for perf_fts_index-3

      But on hitting the count api I am getting 

      400 Client Error: Bad Request for url: 
      https://svc-s-node-005.ffxoxizirnifcfla.sandbox.nonprod-project-avengers.com:18094/api/index/perf_fts_index-3/count

      using 3 KV 2 fts nodes c5.4xlarge machine . Attaching logs.
