Just did a quick grep of the error message. Looks like we have fixed issues like this in the past.
This was not seen on 7.2.1-5928. Hence marking it a regression. Please note that system test runs are notoriously unreliable for repro. Even though we did not see it on 7.2.1-5928, there is a possibility we just didn't hit it back then.
