      Build: 7.6.0-1469

      Steps:

      • Initialize the node with KV service and enable encryption (all)
      • Rebalance in other node (172.23.121.140)
      • Add node failed with error, 

        Failed to add node 172.23.121.140:18091 to cluster. Prepare join failed. Failed to reach otp port 21150 for node 'ns_1@172.23.122.191'. Failed to establish TLS connection to 172.23.122.191:21150: {certificate_expired,
