[cbflag] --help output is truncated if terminal size is small

What is the problem?
Blair Watt noticed when running cbbackupmgr --help using the latest docker image the output was truncated (see screenshot). Looking through the code cbbackupmgr does not actually handle this, it is handled by cbflag.

I was able to reproduce this. However, if I installed less the output is paged. My hunch is that because we are running man from another program (cbbackupmgr) more is not realising it can control the terminal/read stdin or something. It's not clear if this is something that we could fix.
