Major Description
In Morpheus, we now have a hidden system scope when a bucket is created.
This scope shows up under the collections mapping screen.
Even though system scope exists under the UI normally, it should not be replicated under any circumstances. (MB-51976)
The issue is the "check all" check box will select system scope even if it shouldn't be replicated, as seen here:
This will cause the following error to show up when clicking "save", rendering the "check all" functionality useless.
We can either hide the system scope, or keep showing it but prevent it from being used in any of the mapping operation (i.e. shown but greyed out)
