Description
EP engine currently considers an item is "temp item" if it is being set state_non_existent_key or state_deleted_key. Which mean items that were created temporally by xdcr op (getMeta) and also items that were created normally but being deleted are being considered as a temp item. This creates not so comprehensive accounting for real "temp items" that are being created for xdcr operations (getMeta followed by deleteMeta).
