Analytics service does not come up after upgrading from 7.1.5 to 7.2.2

Steps to repro -

1. Create a 4 node cluster with 2 cbas and 2 kv nodes with Enterprise Edition 7.1.5 build 3881
2. Create a magma bucket named pcbms
3. Run pillowfight to populate the bucket, using the attached payload [^ledger.json]
   cbc-pillowfight --docs ledger.json -U couchbase://localhost:12000/pcbms -u couchbase -P couchbase -I 500000 --populate-only
4. Run cbq to create the problematic collection and set of secondary indexes, using the attached script [^indexes_misc_bad.sqlpp]:
   cbq -e http://localhost:9000 -u couchbase -p couchbase -analytics -batch off -f indexes_misc_bad.sqlpp
5. Ingestion into datasets is stuck as expected due to MB-58723
6. Now upgrade cbas nodes by failing them over and upgrading to 7.2.2 and then adding it back to the cluster.
7. Analytics service does not come up after upgrading and adding back the second cbas node.

The above scenario works on upgrade from 7.2.1-5934 to 7.2.2-6401
