Update supported ciphers in 7.2.4 (after upgrade to openssl3)

    Description

      We have supported ciphers hardcoded in ciphers.erl (see supported() function), so we need to make sure they are in updated state.
      We need to update:

      • golang versions for services (and probably ciphers for new go versions)
      • supported ciphers for kv (from openssl).

      Alternatively we should figure out the way to automate it.
