    Description

      In the review for https://review.couchbase.org/c/ns_server/+/199059 it was requested that a test case be added to cluster_tests that should fail in an orderly manner. Without the cited fix a server error would occur.

      I guess you can try adding a test that tries adding a node using http (if it will reproduce in this case)
