    Description

      1. Create a 3KV, 2GSI,N1QL node cluster.
      2. Create a magma bucket, 10 collection, load data.
      3. Build GSI indexes.
      4. Do a KV rebalance in by 1 node - passed
      5. Do a GSI rebalance in by 1 node - passed
      6. Do a KV rebalance in by 1 node - failed
