looks good to me.

FWIW there are actually two different alerts here, one for "user" connections and one for "system" connections. I don't think explaining that there are two limits/alerts adds much value as the user can do little to nothing about "system" connections.

I am getting the release notes together for the 7.2.4 Release, which is going out next week. Do you approve this release notes description:
