Add test to ensure all expected metrics are present

As our metrics are increasing, we could add a simple test (similar to ClusterIntegrationIT) where we check that all expected metrics are returned (only name checks, but can add further verification).

Test should have a CC and an NC running, call prometheus endpoint on each and check:

• All CC metrics are returned
• All NC metrics are returned
• Ensure all metric names are included in the metric_metadata.json
