Point dashboard to non-deprecated stats

The following metrics have been deprecated in Trinity (still exist for backward compatibility, but marked as deprecated and will be removed in 8.0). The following needs to be done on the UI dashboard:

• Add new charts in the default dashboard to point to the New metrics.
• Remove the Deprecated charts from the default dashboard
• Keep the deprecated metrics as a "selectable" metric that can be used in custom dashboards, the deprecated metrics will be removed in 8.0

Not included in default dashboard, add the new one as a selectable metric, keep both as selectable.

Deprecated: cbas_gc_time_milliseconds_total

New: cbas_gc_time_seconds_total

Included in the default dashboard, update the chart to point to the new metric name, keep both as selectable

Deprecated: cbas_disk_used_bytes_total

New: cbas_disk_used_bytes

Included in the default dashboard, update the chart to point to the new metric name, keep both as selectable (bucket-level dependent)

Deprecated: cbas_incoming_records_count

New: cbas_incoming_records_total

Included in the default dashboard, update the chart to point to the new metric name, keep both as selectable (bucket-level dependent)

Deprecated: cbas_failed_to_parse_records_count

New: cbas_failed_to_parse_records_total
