Stop using /_uistats endpoint in UI

      Please see MB-59403

      7.6 (trinity) supports only 7.1+ nodes. Mixed mode clusters will not be able to communicate unless all nodes in the cluster run at least 7.1.

      _uistats endpoint exists only to support mixed mode clusters with nodes running versions < 7.1. This can be dropped now.

      It is still used by UI here:
      ns_server/priv/public/ui/app/mn_admin/mn_statistics_service.js
      ns_server/priv/public/ui/app/mn_admin/mn_analytics_service.js

      This ticket tracks removing the uses of _uistats endpoint by UI.
