UI actions should be annotated to indicate source

When triaging customer issues, it would be helpful to identify the source of statements, when those are initiated by the UI. E.g. it can be helpful to know whether a disconnect link statement was triggered by a map collection action, clicking the link disconnect icon, or by a user issuing an explicit "disconnect link" statement from the UI.

In the absence of anything else, we could simply annotate the statements with a comment to indicate the source of the statement.
