[XDCR UI] - Scopes and collections mapping not displaying correct error for invalid scopes and collections

Scopes and collections mapping in replication settings is not detecting invalid scopes and collection mappings for some situations, like special characters. A different error is displayed when a string which is too long is entered. Attaching a video below.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create source and target clusters.
2. Create source and target buckets.
3. Create remote cluster reference on source cluster.
4. Create replication between source and target buckets.
5. Once created, try to edit the replication and add scopes and collections mapping with invalid characters. Different errors for invalid scopes and collections (text too long or special characters in string) are being displayed.
