Incorrect item count is displayed for scopes on scopes and collections page

Steps to reproduce -

1. Create a bucket with 2 scopes (apart from default) with each scope having 1 collection.
2. Load some data into each collection.
3. now delete any one of the collection.
4. Now recreate the collection and load docs into it.
5. Now check the item count in the scopes and collection page for the scope in which the recreated collection is present.
6. The item count value displayed is incorrect. Even after page refresh it does not show the correct value. Correct value id displayed after 5-10 mins.
