Steps to repro

Cluster - kv:n1ql-index-index
Load some data and create buckets and indexes
Assume the two index nodes to be node A and node B
Create indexes on node A (should be using snappy compression)
Upgrade node B to 7.6 via offline upgrade
Create indexes on node B (should be using zstd compression)
Upgrade node A (should continue to using snappy compression)
Compare the compression ratio of the indexes in node A and node B. Ideally indexes on node A should have lesser compression ratio compared to node B
