[CBM] Pick up gocbcore fix to prevent hang when gathering bucket high seqnos

    Description

      There is a gocbcore bug that can cause a hang when sending a stats command to a server if a config update happens around the same time (GOCBC-1569). We should update to the latest 10.2.x (once a new one with the fix has been tagged).
