[BP to 7.2.x] - Replica repair does not trigger for indexes dropped with alter index - drop_replica action

    Description

      According to documentation: https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/n1ql/n1ql-language-reference/alterindex.html#dropping-a-specific-replica

      " Given sufficient capacity, the dropped replica is rebuilt after the next rebalance — although it may be placed on a different index node, depending on the resource usage statistics of the available nodes."

      This does not seem to happen and the issue exists since 6.5.2 at-least
