Description
What's the issue?
Newer releases of Linux OS's have started restricting access to dmesg (the kernel ring buffer) which can hinder ability to debug issues.
What's the fix?
$ journalctl -ko short-monotonic --no-hostname
|
We can use commands like journalctl to mimic the output of dmesg, we should add this to one of the commands we run when collecting logs.
