[XDCR UI] - Replication filters switch not disabling all filters

Filter expression toggle is not turning off all replication filters when toggled off. The old settings reappear when edit page is opened again.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a replication between two clusters.
• Edit the replication and add filters to the replication (filter binary, filter TTL etc) and save
• Edit the replication again and toggle the filters off, and save
• Replication settings do not turn off filters.
