[XDCR UI] - Scopes and collections mapping not displaying settings when enabled

    Description

      Scopes and collections mapping in replication settings is not displaying the mapping when enabled.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create 2 clusters with any number of nodes.
      2. Create a bucket in each cluster.
      3. Add remote cluster reference in source cluster.
      4. Create replication between source and target bucket, with scopes and collections mapping.
      5. Scopes and collections mapping is shown as disabled when reopening the edit replication page.
