[UI] Able to get range scan results using invalid keys

    Description

      please refer MB-58589

      Although this is fixed when attempting to hit range scan using Java SDK, not sure how KV is still returning results when attempting the same case from UI .

      steps :
      1. Have a bucket with some documents 
      2. Attempt  range scan from UI using key size >> 250 bytes
