Steps to reproduce

Created a 3 node cluster
1. 172.23.137.253 - kv
2. 172.23.137.254 - search
3. 172.23.137.255 - search
Created a couchbase bucket named "bucket"
Loaded a vector dataset onto it
Tried creating a vector index with the definition attached

The index creation fails with "field: 'vector', unknown field type: 'vector'"
