Add Advance FTS Settings to the UI

There are certain advance settings exposed by each services in the settings tab as shown below in the image:

With this there are a lot of other things that even FTS provides but have to be separately done via an API call, example setting BleveMaxResultWindow, MaxClauseCount, setting mem only indexes etc.

Ask is to have them included in the UI as well, so these things are advertised correctly and made easy for the endUser.
