Analytics Sprint 36
Description
The streaming APIs connections that we use to monitor remote clusters changes keep disconnecting every 3 minutes This is because those connections don't have a read timeout set explicitly on them which results in using the OS default read timeout value (usually 180 seconds). We should set a proper read timeout on those connections to avoid the unnecessary reconnects and log spam due to the disconnects.
