[CBM] On restore retry SET(_WITH_META)s on EOF

    Description

      As of GOCBC-1585 gocbcore exposes functionality to allow us to retry operations it considers non-idempotent if they fail due to a socket close. We should pick up this change and modify our retrier to retry SET ops if they get the error. This will help the reliability of restore.
