FTS: Deleting scope not deleting fts index

7.6.0-2090

• 3 node cluster: kv, search + kv, query, search + search
• Create bucket: default and scope: scope1
• Create 3 collection2 in scope1
• load 10 docs on all 3 collections
• Create index like below:
