[BP of MB-60722] [view engine]un authorised user event is not logging into audit log

Description

  1. Install cb server (7.6.0-2090)

  2. create view

  3. enable audit logging

  4. run curl -s -XGET http://Administrator:wrongpassword@localhost:8092/default/_design/dev_ddoc0/_view/views0 command with invalid password

  5. check for audit log for the event ID 40966

Exception : Event Not Found in audit.log file
