[CBM] Add a json mode to cbloganalyser

    Description

      What is the problem?
      We may want to run cbloganalyser automatically when cbbackupmgr logs are uploaded. To do this we will need a machine readable format so it can be displayed in supportal

      What is the solution?
      We should add a new flag --json to the command to make the output be a JSON array with a well defined object as the element
